1. Description:
BC1-35A 35MPa Safety Emergency Breakaway Coupling for light duty vehicles offers additional safety for car hydrogen fueling station. The breakaway coupling is installed between the dispenser and fueling hose (filling and recirculation hose). Breakaway Coupling is used to prevent accidential drive-off. It maximizes the protection to the hydrogen tank for the vehicles and minimizes the damage to the hydrogen fueling nozzle and dispenser.
The internal integrated filter provides clean hydrogen and easy to maintain.
2. Construction:
LANGAN®BC1-35A Hydrogen Dispenser Breakaway Coupling consists of a coupling body, a receptacle insert and a gas recirculation with check valve. The breakaway coupling without gas recirculation is available as well.
◆ Note: Complete assembly consisting of hydrogen fueling nozzle, hose set and breakaway coupling is also available on request.
3. Application:
Breakaway coupling, used for bus and truck fueling stations, can be mounted at the dispenser directly.
