1. Description:
BC1-70A high pressure Emergency Breakaway Coupling is specially designed for safe and fast refueling with gaseous hydrogen under pressure up to 70MPa. The safety breakaway coupling is installed on the dispenser of the fueling station.
Breakaway Coupling is used to prevent drive-off accidents. The coupling will seperate the connection between the dispenser and hose, which will keep the sealing at both ends. It maximizes the protection to the protection to the hydrogen tank for the vehicles and minimizes the damage to the hydrogen fueling nozzle and dispenser.
The internal integrated filter provides clean hydrogen and easy to maintain.
2. Construction:
BC1-70A Hydrogen Dispenser Breakaway Coupling consists of a coupling body and a receptacle insert.
◆ Note: Complete assembly consisting of hydrogen fueling nozzle, hose set and breakaway coupling is also available.
3. Application:
BC1-70A Breakaway coupling, used for car hydrogen fueling stations, can be mounted at the dispenser directly.
