1. Description:
The unloading column is special equipment for unloading hydrogen from the long tube trailer. The hydrogen is unloaded from the long tube trailer before being transported to the hydrogen compressor. It is a crucial like between the hydrogen long tube trailer and the compressor.
LD1-35A hydrogen breakaway coupling is installed betwwen the unloading column and the long tube trailer. Breakaway Coupling is used to prevent pull away accidents. It provides additional safety for the hydrogen fueling station. In accidental circumstances, such as the trailer driving off with connection with the unloading column, the breakaway coupling will seperate the connection between the unloading column and the tube trailer Both sides are sealed pressure tight suitably.
After the functional test. it is easy to reconnect the unattached breakaway coupling and put it back to service.
2. Construction:
LD1-35A Hydrogen Dispenser Breakaway Coupling consists of a coupling body and a receptacle insert.
◆ Note: Complete assembly consisting of hydrogen fueling nozzle, hose set and breakaway coupling is also available .
3. Application:
LD1-35A breakaway coupler can be mounted between the loading/unloading column and the long tube trailer.
