1. Description:
LANGAN® BC6-35A inline breakaway coupling, installed between fueling hose and the venting hose on a hydrogen dispenser, is designed to disconnect the hose from connection with the dispenser if the vehicle drives off with the nozzle still in the filling port. Breakaway Coupling is used to prevent pull away accidents. It maximizes the protection to the fueling receptacle, the nozzle and the dispenser. After the functional test, it is easy to reconnect the breakaway coupling and place it back to service.
The integrated internal filter provides clean hydrogen, minimizing the effect that the dirt and road grime particles have on the components.
2. Construction:
BC6-35A inline breakaway coupling is composed of a coupling body, a receptacle insert and a gas venting hose.
3. Application: BC2-35A inline breakaway coupling is applied in car fueling stations, installed between fueling hose and venting hose.
