3. Challenges:
The electrical connectors on electric vehicles come in various types and forms. Injection-molded housings from different batches are not exactly the same. The sealing stability must be ensured to realize continuous test TAKT on the wire and avoid invalid NG.
4. Solutions:
LANGAN® LA151 series electric vehicle test connector perfectly solves the above mentioned challenges. When the test quick connector is mounted in place, simply give the clamping lever a 90 ° rotation which actuates the seal to expand and seal inner wall of electrical connectors. Thanks to the self-adjusting technology, it is applicable to bigger injection tolerance with better sealing stability. Customized test connectors are available on request with 3D drawings.

For air tightness leak test of high voltage/low voltage signal electrical connectors on the Battery packs, Microprogrammed Control Unit (MCU), inverter, Power Distribution Unit (PDU), On-Board Charger (OBC) etc.
