3. Challenges:
Vent valve of EVs battery pack comes in many sizes and types. Surface of the common structure that can be used for sealing is relatively small, which limits sealing effects to a large extent. During the test process, this position is often designed as the gas filling inlet. Meanwhile, vent valves with build-in shut off needs to be opened to fill gas.
