3. Challenges:
Common hole size for the vent valve is φ6.4, which is relatively small. and there are various structures next to mounting holes. It is hard for conventional solutions to establish perfect sealing. And conventional solutions are not applicable for all the mounting holes. Therefore, special solutions must be customized for the vent valve.
4. Solutions:
LANGAN® LA153 series leak test connectors perfectly overcome all the above challenges.
In the space of φ6.4, segmented jaw locking mechanism is ultimately used to hook the bottom of the hole, and the large cone on the outside of the hole is sealed, and meanwhile the test connector is stabilized by coordination of the connector cone and the product cone.
