LANGAN® Electrical Modular Connector System combines different connection types in a single housing, including power units, high voltage units and signal units. All-in-one solutions significantly save space and improve production efficiency.
Electrical modular connector system can be customized according to your specific requirements during the production process. Customers can configure the modules according to the actual requirements. The contacts can reach up to 100,000 mating cycles and are resistant to shocks and vibration. All the products have passed strict test and inspection under harsh mechanical and environmental conditions.

4) 100M Bit Module RJ45
100Mbit module is used for Ethernet communication up to 100Mbit/s(CAT5).
Suitable network cable with RJ45 connector can be directly connected to the 100Mbit module.100Mbit module is delivered completely assembled.
5) Spacers
Spacers are used for filling the gaps between modules and increasing the creepage distance.
6) MECT Frame
The MECT frame is composed of 2 electrical module supporting rails and 2 guiding pins. The supporting rails, lengths of which are determined by the configured modules, are used for carrying the internal modules. The guiding pins are used for the guiding during the mating process. Supporting rails are available in lengths from 18mm to 180mm in steps of 2mm (18, 20, 22, 24 etc.). Guiding pins are designed for the guiding of the connector and the associated force. In a permanent installation, customers must provide a stable guide system, e.g.with mechanical guiding pins.
7)Housing: In harsh manual mating conditions, rectangular housing of heavy-duty connectors is an alternative. Standard and compact design can greatly save space. Ergonomic locking mechanism design improves safety of the users. It minimizes maintenance cost thanks to up to 10,000 mating cycles and good resistance to shock and vibrations. 6 housing sizes are available for your option. Degree of protection is available up to IP65. The length L of the supporting rails is determined by the total length of the modules.
