1. Description:
LA100 quick connector, as a leak test fitting, provides a pressure-tight, air tight and vacuum tight connection to straight tubes and bores etc in seconds.
2. Operating instruction:
Please strictly follow the operation steps. Improper operation can cause poor sealing, leakage and risk of connection failure resulting in damage or injury. Do not disconnect the connector while under pressure. Damage or injury may occur.
◆ Insert LA100 quick connector carefully into the test piece;
◆ Actuate the lever of the quick connector by 90° downwards. The connector tightens itself to the test piece and achieves a pressure-tight connection;
◆ At the end of the test process, vent the media line completely. Make sure to depressurize the connector before releasing the connection;
◆ Actuate the lever by 90° back upwards to disconnect the connector with the test piece;

LA100 quick connector for leak test is suitable for leak testing of automotive industry, manufacturing industries and Electric Vehicles (EVs) etc, valve industries. including testing of engines, motors, battery packs and cooling systems, valves etc.
