1. Description: LA101 custom leak test quick connector provides a pressure-tight connection in seconds. The clamping lever actuated quick connector is secured to the tested component by the front seal. Therefore, it is essential to keep the test piece and the seal absolutely dry to ensure proper functioning and sealing.
LA101 quick connector can also be used as a plug for the sealing port.
2. Opearation instructions:
Please strictly follow the operation steps. Improper operation can cause poor sealing, leakage and risk of connection failure resulting in damage or injury. Do not disconnect the connector while under pressure. Damage or injury may occur.
◆ Insert LA101 quick connector for leaking test carefully into the test piece;
◆ Actuate the lever of the quick connector by 90° downwards. The connector tightens itself to the test piece and makes a pressure-tight connection;
◆ Apply the required test pressure to media inlet to start the test process;
◆ At the end of the test process, vent the media line completely. Make sure to depressurize the connector before releasing the connection;
◆ Actuate the lever by 90° back upwards to disconnect the connector with the test piece.

LA101 quick connector is suitable for leak testing of engines, tanks, pumps, oil cooler and new energy mobility etc.
