1. Description:
LANGAN® HF16-35A H₂ 35MPa Hydrogen Fueling Nozzle is specially designed for hydrogen fueling of light-duty vehicles of cars and forklifts etc.
It enables easy hydrogen refueling for cars. Engage fueling nozzle and receptacle on the vehicle as far as it can go (until it stops). Rotate the actuation lever and the refueling gets started. When fueling is complete, give the actuation lever a back rotation to disconnect and stop the flow of gas. Finally, release the nozzle from the receptacle. The fueling process is done.
2. Safety designs:
◆ Coding of the pressure range and gas type removes the risk of exceeding the max. permissible pressure and confusion with the natural gas during the fueling.
◆ Jaw locking mechanism is designed specially for the frequent plugging and unplugging of high pressure hydrogen refueling process, providing optimal safety to operators.
◆Impact and cold protection provides more safety and makes the fueling nozzles more durable in the harsh and difficult refueling environment.
3. Application:
The hydrogen refueling nozzle is mounted on hydrogen dispenser in the self-service hydrogen fueling station for fast hydrogen fueling.
