1. Description:
LANGAN® HF25-35A 35MPa hydrogen refueling nozzle is designed specially for the fast refueling of buses and trucks in the self-service hydrogen station under pressure up to 35MPa.
It enables easy refueling for buses and trucks. Engage nozzle and receptacle on the vehicle as far as it can go (until it stops). Rotate the actuation lever by 180° and the refueling gets started. When fueling completes, give the actuation lever a 180° back rotation to disconnect and stop the flow of gas. Finally, release the nozzle from the receptacle. The fueling process is done.
2. Safety designs:
◆ Coding of the pressure range and gas type: Removing risk of exceeding the max. permissible pressure and confusion with the natural gas during fueling;
◆ Jaw locking mechanism: Designed specially for frequent plugging and unplugging of high pressure hydrogen refueling process, providing optimal safety to the operators;
◆ Impact and cold protection: Providing more safety and makes the nozzle more durable in the harsh and difficult refueling environment;
3. Application:
The hydrogen refueling nozzle is mounted on hydrogen dispenser in the self-service hydrogen fueling station for fast hydrogen fueling.
