1.Description: LANGAN® LA201 leak test quick connector
• Manual twist sealing connection to male threaded components
• Pressure and vacuum testing, filling and plugging up to 345 bar
• Sealing without wrench, sealant or tape
• Leak-tight seal eliminates leakage of media
2. Operating instructions:
Please strictly follow the operation steps. Improper operation can cause poor sealing, leakage and risk of connection failure resulting in damage or injury. Do not disconnect the connector while under pressure. Damage or injury may occur.
◆ Hand-tighten LA201 Quick connector carefully into the thread of the test piece;
◆ Lightly tighten the connector with your fingers to make the O-ring properly compressed;
◆ The pressure-tight connection is established and the required test pressure can be applied to start the test process;
◆ At the end of the test process, vent the media line completely. Make sure to depressurize the connector before releasing the connection.
◆ Unscrew the connector to disconnect it with the test piece.

LA201 quick connector is suitable for leak testing of engines, tanks, pumps, oil cooler and new energy mobility as well as climate control system of automotive vehicles etc.
