1. Specification: LA801 quick connector is suitable for underwater, pressure decay and helium testing of straight tubes and bores with internal diameter.
The connector is equipped with an internal safety lock component which prevents accidential disconnection under pressure. The sealing system ensures the duribility and high leak tight test performance of the connector.
Material hardness of test piece: In the case where the sureface roughness value of the test is greater than Ra0.32 and the hardness value is lower than 95HRB, the seal can be effectively performed under rated pressure; If the hardness value of the test piece is less than 40 HRB, the surface roughness value must be greater than Ra 0.16 to complete the seal; the copper pipe and other materials can be connected as required.
2. Operating instruction:
Please strictly follow the operation steps. Improper operation can cause poor sealing, leakage and risk of connection failure resulting in damage or injury. Do not disconnect the connector while under pressure. Damage or injury may occur.
◆ Insert the test piece straightly and carefully into the connector;
◆ Rotate the clamping lever by 90° downwards. Then the connector achieves a pressure-tight connection. Pull the connector lightly to make sure that the connector is firmly connected in place;
◆ Apply the required test pressure to media inlet to start the test process;
◆ At the end of the test process, vent the media line completely. Make sure to depressurize the connector before releasing the connection;
◆ Rotate the clamping lever and pull lightly on the connector straight back to disconnect it with the test piece.

Instantly connect and disconnect for sealing on straight tubes and bores of internal diameter. Main applications are vacuum testing, pressure testing, pressure decay testing, and helium testing etc.
