1. Description: LA301 quick connector is used for air tightness and pressure test of components with external thread. Considerable time and cost are saved. It maximizes production efficiency, minimizes down time and optimizes tool maintenance.
LA301 quick connector features the design of changeable actuation method. It has two forms of actuation including lever actuation quick connector for leaking test and pneumatic actuation with thumb valve button quick connector, which allows the operator to change the method of actuation by simply unscrewing the rear portion of the connector and replacing it with other form of actuation.
2. Operating instructions:
Please strictly follow the operation steps. Improper operation can cause poor sealing, leakage and risk of connection failure resulting in damage or injury. Do not disconnect the connector while under pressure. Damage or injury may occur.
◆ Press the hand lever;
◆ With the hand lever pressed, insert the connector straightly into the test piece until the front seal contacts the test piece. Release the hand lever. Then the connector achieves a pressure-tight connection. Pull the connector lightly to make sure that the connector is firmly connected in place;
◆ Apply the required test pressure to media inlet to start the test process;
◆ At the end of the test process, vent the media line completely. Make sure to depressurize the connector before releasing the connection.
◆ Actuate the leve and pull the connector straight back to disconnect the connector with the test piece.

Quick connect and disconnect for pneumatic and hydraulic pressure testing and function testing of components with male thread.
It is widely used in new energy vehicles production for testing of battery pack, electric motor and electric control.
